Rehabilitation is an area where the O’Shea System is used to achieve positive outcomes for the therapist, carer and the patient. Specific rehabilitation units include orthopaedics, neurology, spinal and aged care.

Many organisations caring for intellectually and physically disabled people successfully use the O’Shea System to control the hazardous manual tasks associated with this work.  This includes care in group homes, specific facilities and the community.

Care in the Home

The O’Shea System also covers the materials and people handling tasks that nurses, allied health, personal and home care workers undertake in the clients’ homes.

The O’Shea System is successfully used in all units ranging from Operating Theatre, Maternity, Rehabilitation, ICU, Emergency, Medical, Surgical, Orthopaedics and Palliative Care.
